General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
• Supplementary agreement : an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products or services in connection with a distance contract and these are delivered by the entrepreneur or a third party.
• Reflection period : the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.
• Consumer : the natural person who is not acting for purposes relating to his trade, business or profession.
• Day : calendar day.
• Entrepreneur : Maison Novaé, which offers products to consumers remotely via the web shop.
• Distance contract : an agreement concluded between an entrepreneur and a consumer in the context of distance selling via a webshop.
• Right of withdrawal : the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
• Durable medium : any instrument that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information and consult it later.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Maison Novaé and to every distance contract concluded between Maison Novaé and the consumer.
The terms and conditions are made available via the website prior to the agreement and can be stored by the consumer on a durable data carrier.
Article 4 - The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Any images are a true representation. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Maison Novaé.
Article 5 - The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.
If the offer has been accepted electronically, Maison Novaé will immediately confirm receipt electronically.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer can cancel an agreement regarding the purchase of a product within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal is excluded for lingerie and hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Return costs are for the account of the consumer. Returns are only accepted if the product is returned unused, undamaged and in closed, original packaging .
Article 7 - Obligations of the consumer during the cooling-off period
The consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
Article 8 - Exercise of the right of withdrawal
The consumer reports the cancellation within the cooling-off period via info@maisonnovae.com .
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification to:
Maison Novaé, Lockhorststraat 10A, 6942EW Didam, The Netherlands.
Returns without prior notification or after the cooling-off period will not be accepted.
Article 9 - Obligations of the entrepreneur in case of withdrawal
After receiving the return shipment, Maison Novaé will refund the purchase amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days.
Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option will not be reimbursed.
Article 10 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
• Lingerie and hygiene products where the seal has been broken.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after opening the packaging.
Article 11 - Prices
The prices in the webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Free shipping applies to orders over €49.95. Below this amount, a shipping rate may be charged as stated on the website.
Article 12 - Compliance and warranty
Maison Novaé guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the descriptions on the webshop.
No additional commercial warranty is provided unless expressly stated.
Article 13 - Delivery and execution
Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
The delivery time is on average 7 to 10 working days , with a maximum of 30 days , unless otherwise agreed.
Maison Novaé ships orders throughout Europe and the United States.
Maison Novaé is not liable for delays caused by external suppliers or carriers.
Article 14 - Payment
The consumer pays the amounts due immediately upon placing the order via:
iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Article 15 - Complaints procedure
Complaints can be reported in writing within a reasonable period after discovery via info@maisonnovae.com.
Maison Novaé will respond substantively within 14 days .
Article 16 - Disputes
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 17 - Discount codes
Discount codes are personal, one-time and non-transferable , unless expressly stated otherwise.
It is not permitted to use multiple accounts or false information to repeatedly take advantage of the same promotion.
Maison Novaé reserves the right to cancel orders or block accounts in the event of abuse of discount promotions.
Article 18 - Additional provisions
Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
