Exchanges & Returns – Maison Novaé


At Maison Novaé we do our best to make you happy with your purchase. Still not satisfied or want to return a product? Read below how it works.


Reflection period and right of withdrawal


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.


NB:

Lingerie and hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken (due to hygiene regulations).

Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original, sealed packaging .


How do I report a return?


Want to return a product? Follow these steps:

1. Please send an email to info@maisonnovae.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and which products you wish to return.

2. We will confirm your return request and send you the return instructions.

3. Please return the product within 14 days of your return notification to:

Returns without prior notification by email cannot be processed.


Return costs


The costs for returning the product are at the customer's own expense.

We advise to always send returns with a track & trace code ; Maison Novaé is not responsible for lost returns.


Refund


Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method you used.


If you have chosen a more expensive shipping option than our standard shipping when ordering, we will only reimburse the standard shipping costs.


Exchange product?


Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or color?

First register your exchange via info@maisonnovae.com . We will check if the desired article is in stock.

You can then return the original item.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the new item.


Please note: return costs and shipping costs for the new item are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrectly delivered or defective product.


Exceptions


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :

Lingerie and hygiene products with broken seal.

Products that are custom made or made to special order.

Damaged or used products.
